How to Use

1. Before applying, make sure your chest area is completely clean and dry. 
2. Peel off the protection sheet, place the adhesive side of the silicone pad on the chest area, with the heart shape at the front, push your breast up and tape the left & right one upwards, let it stay overnight
3. In the morning, carefully remove the silicone pad in an upward motion. Use mild soap to wash the pad.
4. Allow it to air dry in a clean place. Do not dry it with any kind of towel.
5. Once dry, put back the protection sheet on the adhesive side of the silicone pad to preserve the adhesive.
